Hello Beautiful Soul.

Join us on Thursdays (90 minutes) for a healing space designed to help you reconnect with your body and experience the healing power of Self energy.

Through trauma-sensitive movement and other somatic practices—paired with IFS-inspired journaling—you’ll explore how to meet your parts, and your Self, with curiosity, compassion, and care.

We’ll begin each session with a brief check-in. The guided somatic practice will be recorded (with videos off and participants muted) so you can return to the practice throughout the week. Afterward, the recording will end and we’ll come back on camera for reflective journaling and optional sharing in community.

This is a sacred space to nurture mind, body, and spirit in loving connection.

Ideal for anyone exploring somatic healing, inner child work, or parts work in a supportive group setting.

A gentle note: this kind of inner work can sometimes stir strong emotions. It’s encouraged that you have supportive resources in place—like a therapist, counselor, sponsor, coach, or trusted companion—as you explore.

Sessions are held on Zoom. You're invited to log on a few minutes early to settle in and check your audio and video settings. To honor our shared time and the sacred nature of this container, we will begin promptly. The Zoom room will be gently locked at the start time to minimize distractions and support the journey inward.

Shinrin Yoku: Forest Bathing

Hello Beautiful Soul.

Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, is the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world. It’s not a hike—it’s a slow, mindful walk that helps you awaken your senses, soothe your nervous system, and come home to your Self.

This experience may include guided meditation, breath practices, gentle journaling, and optional sharing. We’ll move slowly and with intention, allowing the forest to support a deeper connection to calm, clarity, and compassion within.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring:

  • Plenty of water
  • Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, etc.)
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • A journal and pen
  • Your curious, playful parts 🌼

Receive heart-centered, trauma-sensitive Reiki in a peaceful, grounded space. This session invites your body, mind, and spirit to soften, release, and remember their natural state of wholeness. Intuitive energy work is woven with breath, loving presence, and the compassionate qualities of Self to support deep rest, emotional regulation, and energetic balance. Whether navigating healing, recovery, or simply seeking a moment of stillness, all parts are welcome here.

Floating Meditation

Hello Beautiful Soul.

Join me for a Floating Meditation on the peaceful waters of Horsetooth Reservoir. This meditative paddle is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner self, and receive the calming support of Mother Earth.

We’ll begin with a brief guided meditation on shore, then head out for silent contemplation on the water—about an hour, maybe more, maybe less. We’ll close by coming back together to hold space for optional sharing and heartfelt connection.

Please bring a paddleboard or kayak, PFD, water, a snack, and sun protection.

Space is limited to 6 participants.

Body Meditation: Befriending Your Body, Parts, Self—and Each Other

Hello, Beautiful Soul.

Many of us find it hard to be in the body—especially after pain, trauma, or disconnection. In Body Meditation, we don’t do this alone. Together, we gently and courageously return to the body—one breath, one mindful movement at a time. (Courage)

Inspired by Hanna Somatics and somatic yoga, this trauma-sensitive practice helps you become aware of your inner experience and begin to befriend what’s happening inside. Sometimes we practice rest. Sometimes we explore strength. Always, we move slowly and meditatively—not to perform, but to feel what’s alive in the body. (Clarity)

This is not a workout. It’s a conversation—with sensation, with your parts, and with your Self. (Compassion)

We weave in Internal Family Systems (IFS) by welcoming the parts that may arise—those that avoid, judge, or push the body. We honor these protectors with appreciation, listen openly, and create space for their deeper truths to emerge. (Curiosity)

Using voluntary pandiculation—mindful contraction, slow release, and rest—we unwind tension patterns, regulate the nervous system, and invite the body to be seen and held. We pause often to sense what’s here—physically, emotionally, and energetically. (Calm)

When we feel safe and connected to our bodies—supported by the ventral vagal state—we can truly experience Self-energy in an embodied way. (Connectedness)

This is a trauma-sensitive space. There is always choice: to stop, rest, modify movement, or move in a completely intuitive way. (Creativity) We let go of agenda and let the body lead. Your care for yourself is what matters most. (Confidence)

These classes are recorded so you can return to the practice throughout the week. All participants will be muted and not visible in the recording. When it’s time to share, the recording will be stopped so we can connect and integrate together.

Come as you are—bring your curiosity, your doubt, your exhaustion, your hope. Every part of you is welcome here. And we walk this path together.

Regulate & Relate: A Playful Workshop for Grown-Ups Who Care for Kids (and Inner Kids Too!)

Hello Beautiful Soul.

Feeling frazzled in the classroom? Snappy at home? Inner-child pouting? Inner-teen stomping off? Sounds like your nervous system is waving a little white flag: “Help!”

In this lighthearted, experiential workshop, we’ll explore playful and practical ways to support nervous system regulation—for kids and for ourselves. We’ll engage in simple, joy-filled activities that bring more calm, connection, and presence into our daily lives.

We begin by offering ourselves grace—because lasting change doesn’t come from self-judgment, but from curiosity and self-care. We gather because we care deeply. We want to show up more fully—for our children, and for the children we once were.

This space is for anyone who has kids, works with kids, or simply wants to connect with their inner children and have some fun. When we practice finding calm in our own bodies, we help kids find calm in theirs. And together, we build a more peaceful, connected world..

Walk and Talk Sessions

These sessions blend gentle movement with parts-based exploration and somatic presence. Walking side by side in nature, we invite breath to deepen, thoughts to settle, and the body's wisdom to rise.

You may:

  • Speak with a part that needs space to be heard
  • Feel your breath deepen with each step
  • Unburden energy into the earth, wind, or water
  • Sense greater clarity and connection through natural rhythms

Sessions take place on walking trails in Fort Collins and surrounding areas.
