Walk and Talk Sessions

Hello, Beautiful Soul.

As we walk by the river, we learn how to flow again.
The mountains remind us of our quiet strength.
The trees model rooted presence and grounded wisdom.
The wind teaches us how to let go and move forward with grace.

These sessions blend gentle movement with parts-based exploration and somatic presence. Walking side by side in nature, we invite breath to deepen, thoughts to settle, and the body's wisdom to rise.

You may:

  • Speak with a part that needs space to be heard

  • Feel your breath deepen with each step

  • Unburden energy into the earth, wind, or water

  • Sense greater clarity and connection through natural rhythms

Sessions take place on walking trails in Fort Collins and surrounding areas.
