Hello, Beautiful Soul
I’m Dana. I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside while carrying so much inside.
For much of my life, I lived with a quiet (and sometimes not-so-quiet) ache—anxiety, people-pleasing, inner and outer criticism, drinking, disordered eating, and an inability to be in healthy relationships.
I carried the weight of childhood trauma not just in memory, but in my breath and my muscles.
In my 40s, the ways I had learned to cope—through control, over-functioning, and self-silencing—stopped working. That unraveling became the beginning of my return.
I began listening to my body, entered into a loving relationship with my own Sacred Self, and discovered the healer within.
I am so grateful for the therapists, sponsors, teachers, and healers who supported me along the way.
Their presence helped illuminate the path, but my deepest healing has come from turning inward—listening, trusting, and reconnecting with the wisdom already within me.
Through gentle movement, breath, parts work, and energy practices, I’ve learned to feel again.
I’ve learned that healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to the truth of who we are.
Today, I hold space for others on their own journey inward.
Together, we listen to the body, honor the parts that show up, and create space for something new to emerge.
If you’re looking to reconnect with your body, soften old patterns, feel more whole, and become your own greatest healer—you’re not alone.
You're welcome here, exactly as you are.
