Hello Friends!
Fall has arrived! This is my favorite seasson! Autumn is a beautiful reminder that just as the trees release their leaves, we too can take this time to let go and relax. Fall invites us to slow down, reflect, and release the tension we carry—both physically and mentally.
In line with the changing season, I’m inviting you to join me for a special Body Meditation practice. Just like the trees need time to rest and prepare for winter, our bodies need moments of stillness to release built-up tension and foster a compassionate connection with our inner selves.
Body Meditation is about tuning into the wisdom of the body—recognizing when it's overworking, tense, or stressed—and guiding it back to relaxation. Together, we’ll explore gentle movements inspired by Hanna Somatics, honoring the needs of our bodies and making space for deep relaxation.
As we step into this new season, let's practice letting go together. I look forward to sharing this peaceful journey with you.
