Last week’s Recovery in the Light workshop was a deeply meaningful experience. Together, we co-created a space that felt safe enough for honest reflection and heartfelt connection. Vina and I are truly grateful to all who attended—and especially to those who so courageously shared pieces of their recovery stories. Your presence and openness are a gift.

We’re also grateful to share that we raised $200 for a cause that is very close to my heart. ChildSafe is helping children in our community heal—so that hopefully they won’t need to attend recovery workshops when they become adults. Your contribution supports this important work. Thank you for your generosity and care.

I’d love to share one of the practices from last week's workshop that has been helping me find calm in my nervous system lately. This gentle self-touch technique supports vagal tone, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience. It’s something you can return to anytime you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply want to reconnect with your body.
